At least 72 hours before executing a contract, a PRO must provide written notice including

• the rate schedule

• a toll-free number for inquiries

• confirmation of compliance with state and federal laws and applicable court orders

Upon written request made at least 72 hours in advance, the PRO must also provide a current list of its members, affiliates, and works, with the cost of the works list covered by the proprietor.
